Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026. Please read these short terms before ordering. They are written in plain language on purpose.
1. How ordering works
There is no cart and no online payment on this website. To order, you send us a WhatsApp message about the idol you are interested in. We reply with the current availability, the confirmed final price, the available sizes and the delivery details for your location. An order is only confirmed once we have sent you that confirmation and you have agreed to it.
2. Prices shown on this website
Prices on this website are indicative and are kept reasonably up to date, but they are not a binding offer and may change. The price that applies to your order is the price we confirm with you on WhatsApp before you pay. We never show a false "was" price, a false discount or a false MRP.
3. Availability
Listings on this website are a showcase. An idol is only reserved for you once we have confirmed availability and the final price on WhatsApp. If an idol you asked for is unavailable, we will tell you honestly and offer the closest alternative in the same mudra or size range.
4. Product images
Product images on this website are meant to give you a clear idea of the design, mudra and finish. Colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen. The idol you receive may show the natural, small variations that come with a hand-finished or hand-painted piece. Images are replaced regularly as better photography becomes available.
5. Payment
We do not take payment on this website. Payment is arranged personally on WhatsApp — by UPI, bank transfer or cash on delivery, as we agree at the time. We will never ask you to share your UPI PIN, card number, CVV, OTP or any banking password. If you receive such a request, do not share it — report the number on WhatsApp.
6. Delivery
Delivery time and shipping charge depend on your location and are confirmed with you before the order is placed. We aim to pack every idol carefully so it reaches you safely. Please note that transit damage can occasionally happen despite careful packing — if your idol arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photographs so we can make it right.
7. Acceptance of the idol
Please check the idol when it arrives. For display idols (marble, ceramic, resin, brass), you have 7 days from delivery to report a manufacturing defect or transit damage. For clay and eco-friendly idols intended for immersion, reporting must happen before the idol is placed in water.
8. Care of your idol
Each product page carries care instructions. As a general rule: keep the idol away from direct sunlight and moisture, clean it with a soft dry cloth, and never use water or chemical cleaners unless the page specifically says it is an eco-friendly idol meant for immersion.
9. Cancellations and returns
Because every idol is prepared and packed after your confirmation, orders cannot usually be cancelled once packed. If we cannot fulfil an order for any reason, we will tell you immediately and refund any amount you have paid in full.
10. Fair use of this website
You are welcome to browse, share links to our product pages and order from this site. You may not copy our photographs, artwork, text or layout for your own commercial use, or resell our listings as your own. If you would like to use our images, please ask us first — we are glad to help.
11. Personal use of the idol
Our idols are made for home, office and puja use, and for genuine devotional worship. They are decorative religious objects; we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, miracle or blessing. Please treat them with respect and care.
12. Liability
We provide our idols with reasonable care, but we cannot be held responsible for indirect losses. Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your order.
